- Orders from different sellers may arrive as separate deliveries
- Check your items upon delivery — report any issues within 48 hours
Failed Delivery?
If the driver can't reach you or you're unavailable, the delivery will be marked as failed. We'll attempt redelivery the next business day. After 2 failed attempts, the order may be returned to the seller.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the seller's preparation time and order volume.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Go to My Orders to see real-time status updates for each order, from confirmation to delivery.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We deliver Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Saturday afternoon or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
The driver will contact you by phone. If you're unavailable, we'll attempt redelivery the next business day.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Currently we don't offer time-slot selection. Deliveries are made during business hours (8am - 6pm).
Is there a minimum order for free delivery?
Delivery fees are set per order. Check the checkout page for the exact delivery fee before placing your order.
