You can exchange for a different size, colour, or variant of the same product. If your preferred variant is out of stock, you'll receive Bayzon Store Credit (valid for 30 days) to use on any purchase. Your first exchange per order is free — delivery fee applies from the 2nd exchange. No cash refunds.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Request within 3 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Must be in original packaging with all tags attached
- All accessories, freebies, and receipts must be included
- Photo proof of item condition is required with every request
How to Request an Exchange
- 1Go to My Orders and select the delivered order
- 2Tap "Request Exchange" and choose the item(s)
- 3Select a reason and upload clear photos of the item
- 4Choose the replacement variant (size, colour, etc.)
- 5Submit and wait for the seller to review (within 48 hours)

No Cash Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds to bank accounts or payment methods
First Exchange is Free
Your first exchange per order includes free pickup and delivery. From the 2nd exchange onward, the standard delivery fee applies and must be paid by the customer before processing.
Fair Use Policy
To ensure a fair experience for all customers and sellers:
- First exchange per order is free — from the 2nd exchange onward, customer pays the delivery fee
- Maximum 1 exchange per item — exchanged items cannot be exchanged again
- Maximum 2 exchange requests per order
- Photo proof of item condition is mandatory — requests without photos are auto-rejected
- Items are inspected upon pickup — if condition doesn't match photos, exchange is cancelled and any delivery fee paid is non-refundable
- Accounts with frequent exchange requests (more than 3 per month) will be reviewed and may be restricted
- Bayzon reserves the right to deny or suspend exchange privileges for misuse
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Personal hygiene products (skincare, cosmetics, undergarments)
- Customized or personalized items
- Digital products or gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage by buyer
Damaged or Defective Items?
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo and video evidence. This is the only case where a free replacement may be issued at Bayzon's discretion — delivery fee is waived for confirmed defective items.
